Shipping and dispatch
Our items are handmade in-house or made by one of our local seamstresses. We aim to process your order within 1-4 working days. If you have a specific request for the delivery date, let us know at and we´ll do our best to meet your wishes.
SEPIDEH AHADI ships orders worldwide. We are not responsible for any customs tax from your country. Delivery cost will be charged in addition and will be displayed in the ‘Total Cost’.
Orders within Germany are sent with CO2 neutral Recorded Delivery (Track and Signed) carried out by a delivery service on bicycles. All International orders are sent International Track and Signed. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Please note: For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases, which we are not responsible for and are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs of transferring money by credit institutions (for example, transfer fees, exchange rate charges) or import duties or taxes (for example, customs duties). If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we will offer a refund or exchange. Please contact us on email@example.com. Quote on the subject “I wish to exchange/return my item” and include your name, surname, item name, and delivery address. You don´t have to specify the reason for the return, but we highly appreciate if you do since that allows us to understand your needs and improve our products and customer service.
In order to receive a refund or exchange, you have to let us know (or return the product) within 14 days of receipt, unless we have notified you otherwise. Items must be unworn and in its original condition with all garment tags still attached. We will issue a full refund or exchange on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge.
1. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore we strongly recommend that you send by a recorded or tracked method that ensures you for the value of goods.
2. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. We are a small store and our items are only available in small quantities, and therefore we ask for your understanding that we can not cover the costs of regular returns. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
